14 Day Ayahuasca Retreats with Machu Picchu

Mother nature has given us in abundance the knowledge of the ancient ancestors from healing plants, to meditation and ancient sites within her splendor. Machu Picchu has been preserved amidst glaciers, encircled in a mountain range, it is to walk the path of the Inca, to experience the natural ingenuity and the magic of the terrain through the gifts of the plant spirits while here in Peru. Before seeing the sacred site we begin to prepare our mind, body and spirit through meditation and working with the plant consciousness of mother Ayahuasca and San Pedro. We use complementary shamanic meditations from the continent to look inwards and prepare ourselves for the future. San Pedro as a compliment to bring forth a deeper healing and appreciation for the pachamama or mother earth. Kambo therapy is used in this experience to remove toxins stored in the liver and completely realign the chakras. We have incorporated yopo as well, for those wishing to deepen their experience and for anyone who may have trouble connecting with plant spirits this medicine, also from the jungle, ensures a connection. There are always compassionate and helpful assistants and healers on the grounds to ensure safety and positive flow of energy. Our location is remote and free of the sounds, energy waves and lights of the city, you can see the stars shine brightly at night, listen to the animals in the trees and relax absorbing the sun and fresh air during the days. The energy of the mountains, los Apus as we say here, will be with you for a very long time.

IMPORTANT: The schedule has been reformulated to accommodate the new regulations set in place by the Peruvian government. In order to enter Peru, you must present a negative PCR test within 72 hours of your arrival. Once you have arrived in Lima, you have 24hrs to come to Cusco and quarantine at our location. The quarantine must last for two weeks.

These new restrictions come as a blessing. Two weeks is an adequate amount of time to really begin the deep inner work so many are looking to accomplish. We are excited about having a longer process.

    The Diet

We continue to practice the ayahuasca diet during the retreat. Many of our participants are suprised at the delicious meals made on this diet. Maybe we will have to do a cookbook! Peruvian favorites we use are quinoa, kiwicha, sautees and smoothies. It helps that all of the fruit and vegetables we use are fresh and organic. There will be hearty and soothing meals with Peruvian flavors to sustain your energy with sufficent protein for hiking, meditation and yoga.
